Downstairs

The basement is almost a thousand square feet. One quarter of that is the laundry room, which features a new Amana front-loading washing machine, and a new gas dryer. The Bryant 90 furnace is less than ten years old, and the air conditioner (outside obviously) is of a similar age. All appliances work perfectly. There is a utility sink in the laundry room, right off the "quarter bath." The next room in the basement is unfinished but clean, and has hooks installed to hang 8 bikes up to the ceiling. One wall panel is peg board (we used it for storing tools.) The remaining half of the basement is finished with drywall, and the concrete floor is finished with grey concrete paint. We have rugs on the floor now, and use one half as a tv area and the other half as office. It is heated and cooled according to the thermostat.
